Not sure partitioning such a small hard drive in that way is best, but 
for what it's worth I think you will be surprised at how stable and fun 
OS X can be. Some words of caution seeing how you apparently like to 
tweak things, don't go crazy with that. OS X particularly hates for you 
to move the applications around. When it's time to do updates, the 
updater can't find what it's updating if it's not where it's supposed 
to be. Don't rename folders that came with the OS. Lot's of people have 
problems resulting from interface "enhancements" that make changes to 
menus and such. I really did love OS 9 and was very reluctant to switch 
up. But now I almost never look back (except when using Photoshop in 
classic which does work fine for me, though I am not really a power 
photoshopper.) I think if you can afford it you really should get 
Jaguar as it is much more stable and faster for me than 10.1.5 was. 
Basically I have had no problems that could not be fixed quick with 
simple tools. Good luck and have fun.
