I don't usually like to rant on the list, (especially if I don't have anything to offer as an answer to the question posted), but I wanted to make an exception in the case of OWC.
I too have recently sworn off OWC due to a recent (beyond) shoddy customer service experience that took more than 5 months to resolve a problem and have taken my recent purchases (120GB firewire HD, Toast Titanium, Dazzle DV bridge, USB CD-RW, etc) elsewhere.
