Hi everyone, Today I was attempting to use my Pismo (500/256mb/20gb/Jaguar) and it took me a really long time to get the computer to turn on.
I pressed the power button about a million times. I pressed it and held it down for a few seconds. I pressed the reset button in the back. Finally, after 5 minutes or so of pressing the power button it came on. I have experienced this problem once or twice before, but it has never been this severe. Usually pressing power a couple times will do the trick. Anyway, there's more. I figure it was about 1:30 when I got it to turn on. I worked on it for a couple hours, left for a couple hours, and came back and worked some more. It's 7:30 now. A few minutes ago, I was using the pismo and it just went to sleep out of the blue. It refuses to wake up, restart or turn off. It is still plugged into the wall. By the way, my battery is no good at all anymore.
