Does that RAM module actually work?  Does your Lombard see 320 MB of RAM?
If it sees less memory, then you need to exchange the RAM for the kind
that is specified to work with Lombard/Wallstreet.  Also, if the problems
go away if you go back to your 128 MB configuration, that's another
indication that the RAM module you received is bad.
