There is a check box in the AirPort setup/admin/whatever its called 
utility to tell it if you want it to bridge the ethernet and the 
wireless networks. Do you have that checked? That would be the easiest 
fix so I would check that first. There may be "bridging" settings on 
the Netgear router but I am not familiar with it.
