Sadly, I took my stupid pills the day I purchased my Pismo and opted not to
purchase the AppleCare agreement. The effect of the stupid pills continued
until after my 1-year warranty was up.

Luckily, all the major trouble I had with this machine happened during that
first year (bad-HD and bad DVD-drive). That was all taken care of under
warranty.

*knock on wood* I haven't had any trouble since except for this whole
battery thing.

Sincerely,

Scott
