You might check the GoInCase site:

They have different sizes (think their larger one would be what you 
need). I saw them at the Apple store in St. Louis a bit ago, and the 
large one looked about right for my Pismo, so it should fit a TiBook (the 
difference should work out - with the thinner, but slightly wider, body 
on the TiBook). The case is padded and has retractable handles, and could 
fit into a larger case.

Worth a look - IIRC, they have dimensions on the site. You might check 
your closest Apple store, since they might also carry them and you could 
find out for sure on the fit.
