The reason most people use the email service they have is because it comes with their ISP. Telling them that a valid solution is to change ISPs, or look for a crappy "free" email address (that usually means accessing through a browser) is not a solution. That's like Microsoft telling a customer that the reason his computer crashes is because he installed software on it, and if he just removes it or switches to the MS version everything will be just fine.
