No offense, but are you sure apple has been sending out cease and desist orders? macrumors.com, what i consider to be the definitive rumor site, still has their mirror of the pics up, and they are normally very quick to comply with apple legal.
Yep, I'm sure.
MacRumors.com (of which I'm a member and completely agree with you) don't seem to have been emailed yet, and usually they comply straight away without C&D's (ie leaker PowerMac G5 specs), but many other sites including spymac.com have been sent them.
anyways.. we'll find out for sure on monday.
