saying it takes "two different chips" is slightly misleading. they're both PC66 or 
better SO-DIMMs - technically, the only difference is that a low profile SO-DIMM is on 
a slightly smaller wafer. also, you can put a low profile SO-DIMM in both slots, if 
you want.
