I don't think any of those except 256 are achievable. 640MB is the maximum
RAM the machine will take - It has 128Meg built in, and one slot, which is
filled as standard with a 128MB module, giving the base 256MB.

If you remove the standard 128Meg card, replace it with a 512, you will max
out at 640MB.

Same deal as the iBooks if I am not mistaken...
