I also recommend highly the take apart manual from powerbookmedic.
Worth every dime!

because the procedure require a special equipment to replace the LCD. The
LCD is held together inside the housing with a very tough epoxy and if
you try to pry the LCD out from the housing, you will dent and bent the
LCD housing."
