I have a friend with a Tibook running OS 10.1.5 ( I know we should be updating to Panther or at least Jaguar ... that will be done in the next 2 weeks).
He has both Internet Explorer & Entourage unexpectedly quitting on him. If this was OS 9, I would trash some pref files. What is the equivalent or what is a different approach I should take in fixing these unexpected quits ... thanks!
