does anyone know if it is possible to take the lcd off my lombard 333 MHz laptop and put it on a Pismo 400 MHz laptop?

Not unless you change the flat cable with it. The LCD's have their flat connector in a little different spot. The easiest way is to change the entire housing, especially if you don't use AirPort.
