Yes, it will work.  However, Lombard has an older memory controller that
has problems with newer RAM designs.  If you plan to do a RAM upgrade,
be sure the your vendor *explicitly* states that the RAM is specific for
Lombard (or Wallstreet) --- if it says Pismo, stay away.
