I've recently come into possession of an iBook (dual USB 600) from a friend. It looks like there was soda or something sprayed over the keyboard, since I see some brown residue on and under some of the keys. (That might have happened after it was knocked from a table and the screen broke, but that's another story) In addition, quite a few of them stick when pressed. I removed all the keys, I know I can soak them in a water/soap solution to clean them. However, what can I use to clean the actual keyboard? It also has some residue and sticky areas. Over on the Compact Macs list, there's a lot of discussion about putting the logic boards into the dishwasher - would something like that be possible for a keyboard?
