You need to pull the daughter card with the processor on it.


!!!Gently!!! pry up the daughter card with a small screwdriver from the hdd side, it should come out with very minimal resistance.

I've done this a number of times...the one thing that's gotten me is forgetting to flip over the little wire handle on the heat sink into it's recess. The keyboard will snap in but will feel mushy and bow up in the middle if you don't do that.
