Hi Stanton, 

Depending on time, etc. do it yourself. The confidence
booster alone is worth it. If not, post a request on
your local newsgroup for a tech who has a good rep. 

I even bought a Pram battery for a 3400 from a battery
specialist (not a computer-related store). Take your
old battery to a battery store (see the old-fashioned
Yellow Pages) and they will/should gladly accept the
challenge.
