Is that the exact size? I seem to recall one should aim for more like 7.3
GB. Also, have you been using XPF 3a9 or 3a14? Those are the only
versions that have worked on my WS II. With a14 I actually don't need a
preexisting OS X install on the disc, whereas with a9 I first had to
install Jaguar in order to be able to install Panther, so a14 is recommended.
Also, you *must* boot up in OS 9 and use XPF from there with the first
install CD in the drive.
