Hi G-bookers, I recently acquired a PowerBook G3/300. I know next to nothing about it's history, but it is in great physical condition. The machine has no main battery, but I am using a good power supply. The machine gives a good strong chime on startup, and the screen seems nice and bright, but stays gray, with no pointer, just a gray screen. I have not tested the internal battery, but wonder if a dead internal battery might be the problem. Shall I change the internal battery? Any suggestions?
Thanks, Tom Adams
