Can the PB 540c do wireless? What about the PM 7300?

I know the iBook G4 can do wireless. I didn't get the airport card or
Bluetooth though. I know that I will regret not getting bluetooth!!

540 can with a card cage module in the left battery bay (rev. c if using a
PPC upgrade) and a lucent/orinoca/wavelan etc. silver wep card in a slot
with proper drivers loaded

AFAICT no one's ever been able to pull it off with a stock 540, only PPC upgraded ones. I was never able to get it working, though the Proxim support folks and documents said it should, and I got tantalizingly close.

7300 can do with an ethernet bridge ($100!).

Those things (the D-Link DW-810+'s) work pretty reliably in our experience, We've used them to add some systems where there were no more jacks.
