I've been trying to download websites for offline surfing, using iCab 2.9.8, on my G4 1Ghz iBook, OS X 10.3.4, 768MB RAM.
I've tried downloading websites as both Web cache and Web archive (using iCab 2.9.8), but neither method is working. When I try to surf the websites offline, error messages tell me that the web pages are inaccessible, server could not be found, or that I need to connect in order to access the web pages. What could I be doing wrong? I've tried using both Internet Explorer 5.2.3, and iCab 2.9.8, to surf the downloaded websites while offline, but still cannot surf offline. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -- vjamacaddict 512Ke, SE, SE/30, Classic II, LC II, PB 540c, PM 7300/500, iBook G4 superdrive/bluetooth http://www.angelfire.com/ca2/VernAndrews/ -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
