Good job, John. Your information confirms the "bits and pieces" that 
I was able to scrounge up. I came up with the MB81164842A-100LFN chip 
being a Fujitsu 64 MB chip, but I didn't find any speed numbers for 
it.

I tried all afternoon to post my information, but every one was 
bounced back to me. I don't know what the problem is/was.

Anyway, I'll know who to ask the next time I can't find chip 
information. :-) I'm sure this will help Mikael.
