Safari & Explorer do not work on Wireless

I have a problem with Safari & Internet Explorer. They no longer work 
on Earthlink Cable.  I can download emails, update Quicken Files, and 
use Netscape.

I am using a 500MHz Pismo with a built in Apple Airport Card connected 
to  Netgear Base.

This computer worked great for three months until last week. Now I 
cannot surf Safari or Internet Explorer.

One other thing, Safari or Internet Explorer work on Dial UP.
