Hmmm, sorry then. I have switched to dial-up then back to broadband many
times but never experienced this behavior. Can't offer any other suggestions
except to create a new user account to use as a test, then log into that
user account and try from there. If Safari and IE works fine, then the
problem is with your own account. If not, then there is some problem with
your system.
