Good advice but he said "I see a file..." so it is not hidden. if a file has inadvertently been made a
visible file, why would it be "labelled Hidden"? I suspect a popup installed by a Cookie since it is
persistant.
Suggestion: Use Explorer Preferences to remove Cookies and give us feedback.
