For Thomas: I have Toast 6.0.2 (I know, I need to update) and DID NOT do testing of this drive before Patchburn II. I have 10.2.8 on an external drive with Toast, so I'll boot to that and try a burn. I'll post to this thread with results probably tomorrow. From what I understand, Toast is the King of Unsupported OSX Burners, so my guess is that it'll do fine.
