This can easily be done by you! There are just four screws that hold the drive to the bay, 2 on each side. Most of the drives are Matshita, and can be picked off of eBay for cheap, you could even get a CD/RW or a DVD/R-CD/RW! Once you get the new drive, it should take you no longer than 5 minutes to pull out the old drive and swap it
