Several times this form letter refers to my 'iBook' (which was really a Powerbook).

Hello Tim,
I have Apple Care on my eMac and in the agreement it says "IMAC". It is apparently either one. I called Apple to confirm this. It is very possible that iBook and Powerbook are grouped together too.
