Yes, the trick is to put your VPC Scripts somewhere other than in your
user's documents folder.  I keep my scripts on a completely different hard
drive (using my desktop), though any shared folder would be fine.  Just
double click on the actual PC (VPC document) to launch it.

I have the Applescript menu on my menubar and put an alias to each PC in the
scripts folder.  Much like the old Apple menu in classic Mac OS, I use the
script menu as a launcher.

You can also put your PCs on the dock and launch them that way, though you
will have to set it up for each user.
