First go into your music folder and then copy your
entire iTunes folder to the second drive. Next, go
into iTunes and deauthorize the computer.

Once you reinstall OSX, launch iTunes and let it
create an account, then quit the program. Next, copy
your old iTunes folder into your music folder right on
top of hte new one.

Finally, launch iTunes again and authorize the
computer. You will have all of your music and
playlists, and everything will work fine.

I believe Apple lets you have 5 authorized computers.
I copied my music to two Macs and a Windows PC and all
work fine.
