I think you have the following:

4 MB SGRAM, TV out, ATI Rage LT
661-2019
B9B, DGL, DFM

(I think your "898" is actually "B9B")

That is a Wallstreet Series I logic board. Your processor then is either a 
233mhz/no cache, a 250mhz/1mb cache or a 292mhz/1mb cache.

If you get a 300mhz processor, you'll need a series II logic board.
