Apple also turns the machine around the same day they get it. Meaning that
if they receive it in the morning it will be shipped back out to you the
same day fixed. The total turn around time can be as little as 72 hours.

Agreed. I shipped mine to Apple on a Wednesday, they received it Thursday AM, repaired the hinge assembly, and shipped it out to me the same day. I had it back by 10 AM Friday morning. As I was away on vacation on Wednesday and Thursday, I really didn't lose any use of my laptop, except for Thursday night. Color me impressed.
