I use it as well, although its performance is somewhat annoying (we are an exchange site) -- its update methodology with respect to exchange is annoying. But the integration with exhange is undeniably rocking cool. I've never used apple mail, but did the pc to mac conversion about a year ago -- ms office for the mac made this possible (in a windows shop).
