Reset the nvram . . . Startup into openfirmware by holding down key combo cmd-opt-O-F right after startup. at prompt type "reset-nvram" (without quotes of course, and then enter) it'll say "OK" "reset-all" (and enter) and it'll restart Dunno if it'll make any difference, but I've read several reports of an nvram reset curing a pink tint on Lombard PBs and I'm wondering if this might work on iBook. Also, the nvram reset may help the battery.
