Ok, but why should I need to remove all the keys, like so many ppl have suggested? Its not all over the keyboard, just in one corner, and to tell u the truth...I don't know exactly what fell beneath the keyboard that made it stickey. The main part of the stickyness is on the corner of the keyboard, in range of a small paintbrush, and the rest is in _very_ small portions throughout the left side of the keyboard, so it sounds like just dipping it over and over in water, getting that one part w/ a paint brush, and leaving it to dry for days should work.
I said to remove the keys based on my own experience. The sticky stuff was on the keyboard and the underside of the keys. I originally tried cleaning the kb with q-tips but couldn't get to the bottom of the keys.
