Also Quest provides DSL to company and that has been messed up. I was given
a direct phone number to the rep I talked to, so to bypass voice mail.
As a victim, errr, "customer" of Qworst, I feel their pain.
We spent four months trying to get a business DSL hookup working for a satellite office to the College. Nothing but runaround and BS from Qwest.
Finally we told 'em to <bleep> off and we got a cable connection from Cox, and it's worked flawlessly ever since.
