The best IMHO: <http://www.fastmail.fm>. They also have quite a few other
domain names you can choose instead. 

Anyway, I never had a problem from anywhere with this service that is
fast, useful, uncluttered and comes in a very reasonable free package and
some paid for versions as  well. I can not swear it's UNIX-based, but  as
it works so well, it must be.
