HI Amber
Can anybody suggest a reliable auto back-up program or Applescript for
OS X apps ?
I use SilverKeeper (freeware from LaCie: http://www.lacie.com/silverkeeper/). It has options to:
* back up various sets of folders or complete disks
* automatic and manual backups
and is available in OS9 and OSX versions. As with any backup software, the first backup will be slow cos it's copying everything. Thereafter, it only copies files which have changed since the last backup

So far (over a year into using it), no problems.

Bruce
