Missed that. I'd strip the machine, check that all the boards are correctly seated - the Charge Board can become detached from the Power Board. Check also that the EMI shielding near the DC socket isn't shorting to the metal plug. Beyond that, you really need a good machine to test with, other wise you are buying parts at random - there are 5 or 6 boards that could be at fault here.
