I agree that it's a crap shoot diagnosing the problem without testing the batteries in another machine or external charger. That said, I took a shot in the dark with a Wallstreet and replaced the Power and Charge Card when batteries stopped charging or being recognized. In my case, the problem was fixed. It's quite a trip, disassembling the machine to get to the card. On another Wallstreet, I was able to fix the problem by "simply" reseating the old Power and Charge Card (it was a VERY loose connection, I wonder if that's common?) ... you may wish to try the suggestion of reseating all possible offending components before buying parts.
