I spoke with Apple telesales - The only thing shipping with Tiger today are the new PowerMacs. Now they need to update all other stock, with ref'd items being last. I'm almost certain my brother-in-laws ref'd PB12 came with Jaguar installed and Panther discs thrown in the box - this was shortly after Panther made it's debut. So we'll hold for a week.
