I am plagued with spam & I want to make a rule to automatically bounce them. I can't seem to do this & I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to do this.

Don't bother. Spammers don't care. They don't use the same email address (which may be spoofed to begin with) and they don't pay attention to bounce messages. Make good use of Mail's Junk filters, or use one of the spam filter add-ons.
