You could also be the victim of a "dictionary attack" where they send
out spam to a series of alpha strings at likely addresses.
My Dad uses his initials and has a lot of spam.
I have a theory that adding numbers reduces the problem (thus aklist04)
but no real proof that this helps.
I have used this address for half a dozen lists for almost a year and am
currently getting 4-6 spam messages a day.
Another interesting point, my primary address (which I have never used
for anything) gets occasional spam messages.
My strategy is to grit my teeth and delete....
