You're absolutely right. I just tried Gmail and got in. Before, it wouldn't even load, so they must have spent some time tweaking things to give the limited, feature-free access. I'm glad this came to my attention! Thanks.

Oddly, gap.com loads for a second or two and then a page loads telling me that my browser isn't sipported.
