I actually just tried that on my Lombard, and I've been pleasantly surprised. It's kinda interesting what homebrew remedies that we Mac users can come up with, given the resources.

Now, if anyone will come up with a cheap way to power my Lombard without an AC adapter for 3-5 hours and without a new 'battery', I'd be grateful. :D
