Hmmm maybe we did that unknowingly. We reinstalled the itunes programs, [we trusted our13yo nintendo techie] and it did the trick...don't know why but it did... another case of wiggle the wires, reinstall, reboot and hold your mouth just right . BTW lately my Lombard keyboard has been...uh...like uh...not working. At some point in my "work" the keys fail to respond. I have to use the mouse. Shut down for a while, wiggle the wires reinstall, reboot and hold your mouth just right , have some spaghetti and there you go its working again.
