I'll second the suggestion to leave the 'Book plugged in for a week or so and then see if it'll fire up. I've had several PowerBooks fail to boot after sitting unused for months. A good long soak in the electron pool appears to be just the ticket. FYI, I've seen this with Pismo _and_ with gen 1 400/500 TiBooks (very similar inside, doncha know.)
