That reminds me of a quote from Linus Torvalds, that basically says that there is something wrong with your morals if you derive morality from law. However, Can we take this back on topic? It's becoming a political shoutfest, and getting away from our key topic, which is discussion of Mac problems and solutions to said problems.

I hate to be the one to do this, but we're not here to discuss the morality of the law. If you want to do that, take it off-list.
