Out of the box, press F12, or click on the Dashboard icon in the Dock.
Click on the large circled + sign, the yellow pages one is called
Business, and the personal one is called People. Click on them to add
to your Dashboard.
As for other ones, the best place, imo, to look is Apple's Widgets
